I can’t say enough kind words for the folks at Downtown Bridal. I was getting very upset that I wouldn’t be able to find something that made me feel like myself. I was WRONG. My dress was so comfortable. I felt stunning on my wedding day. My husband agrees as well! I honestly could’ve worn it for days. It even had pockets! Even though I found the dress of my dreams by the second dress, they made sure I kept trying things on just to make sure I made my mind up. The choices they gave me were also beautiful.

I highly recommend working with Downtown Bridal for any of your dress needs.

I am for Tess at downtown bridal. Not only is she the most patient person ever with my crazy bridal party, but she took the time to help me try on as many dresses I wanted and just made me feel so special. This was my fourth time trying on dresses And I only wish I’d come to downtown bridal first because I would’ve left immediately with the dress I loved and even a vail! It was truly such a great experience. My only regret is that I did not take a picture holding a sign that said she said yes to the dress, but I’m sure I’ll be able to get one as soon as my dress comes in!

Very professional and organized from the first phone cal to the pre consultation email to the appointment. Beautiful clean and comfortable environment. Anna was friendly and knowledgeable. I felt heard and understood. I showed her pictures of the dresses that I liked and discussed my budget. They have a wonderful selection of dresses which was a comfort for a plus size gal like myself. She was patient and kind with my friends and we were able to find “the dress” and stay within my budget. Highly recommend!

I CANNOT possibly recommend this bridal boutique enough!! I walked in today at 2:15 PM with no appointment, and even though they close at 4 they accommodated me (I know, I know – I tried my luck because I’m not from the area and happened upon it – it was so super nice of them to allow me an appointment!! Definitely make one before going if you can to help them out). Suzie was my bridal stylist and oh my goodness, she was simply incredible. I am an unbelievably indecisive bride, and I know it can be frustrating. She somehow understood exactly my style (even more than I did). There was no pressure and after shopping at several different shops in NJ/NY/MD I can confidently say – go here!!! I will absolutely be back with my mom for her MOB dress, and I’ll be encouraging all of my engaged friends to make the trip from NJ because it was just an all around amazing experience. 🙂

As someone who has been to 7 stores to look for my perfect dress, I can say with confidence and a bit of shopping background that my experience was superior! I worked with Suzy who was absolutely wonderful. She was incredibly friendly, genuine, and intuitive to my style. She was easy to talk to and we found ourselves bonding over our love for Taylor Swift and joking together throughout the process. She made it her mission to figure out exactly what I was looking for, and she nailed it. Everything she pulled for me was beautiful and we had to take a bit of time to narrow down my favorites because she did so well pulling dresses I love! The store had a very large selection of dresses, and I loved that I was able to walk around with her to pick out dresses alongside her. A lot of stores don’t do that, and I feel that it helps give the bride some control to be able to see the inventory instead of relying only on the stylist. It helps give the stylist a better idea of what the bride likes, as well. Although I didn’t end up picking my dress from this store, I would HIGHLY recommend it (and especially my stylist Suzy) to everyone!

I recently did the platinum experience with them, and it was amazing! Melissa was the sweetest, most helpful consultant I could have ever asked for. She made sure I got what I wanted and listened to me when I said what I liked and didn’t like. She made the experience very fun and stress free. They were also very accommodating to the group of people that came with me. I highly recommend the platinum experience so you can have some snacks and refreshments while you’re trying on dresses. They truly made this experience one that none of us will ever forget, and I am so grateful for that.
